Astrica, one of ServiceNow’s newest partners, joined Knowledge ’24 in Vegas for an electric kick-off on Tuesday!  With over 20,000 attendees the vibe was everywhere.  It felt like old times for this woman-led, 100% ServiceNow focused, set of industry veterans – bringing AI and industry expertise to clients. 

I was with a neophyte to Knowledge and a mere 6 hours into the conference she remarked, “It’s like everyone is actually excited about ServiceNow, they can’t wait to share how they’ve improved their org and there is a pride I have not seen in other ecosystems!”.   You said it Sister!   The Platform continues to abide and deliver on the promises it puts out – and more. The company (in last earnings) even at $8+b is still growing over 20% a year, proving the value that firms can’t gather enough up. 

Bill McDermott, ServiceNow CEO, gave a super energetic keynote.  He laid out his 10 priorities and they were evident throughout the conference with demos, customer stories and partner focus. For those that missed the top 10, here you go:

While Bill’s priorities are a skate across the entire platform value, a few really resonated with us. 

Supercharge productivity with NowAssist AI:

It feels that every session had an AI component to it, and it’s in direct response to what clients are asking. “How do I supercharge my business with AI?” NowAssist is the answer. Bill stressed that firms just need to understand NowAssist and the value (it does cost a bit more) brings never seen ROI and the investment is a no-brainer.

 
Upskill and Inspire with Employee Growth & Development: 

We are in a worker re-evolution, where workers demand growth, and firms benefit from it. That coupled with skill needs that are changing at a rate like never before lays the groundwork on how HR Service Mgmt, onboarding, etc. can make a material difference in the day-to-day of employees. 

Co-innovate industry solutions:

The next frontier for NOW are the deep industry-specific processes and workflows that form the value in client organizations. Workflows to manage the full loan application to servicing at regional banks? Patient registration workflows for healthcare providers? ServiceNow can optimize those workflows and maximize value. 

Build Multi-year Roadmaps:
